This project developed a model for evaluating and monitoring tourism 3.0., applied to the Azores. It comprised the application of innovative techniques for handling big data in social media, evaluating the activity of companies and tourists. It provided the creation of databases, carrying out surveys, systematizing and providing information, training and identification of critical development factors, with the application of STAR and DINESERV3.0. models and providing a support tool to regional companies.
